So we have very generous 7 days Return and exchange policy on our products.

However making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, Understood and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

  • We have 7 days return & exchange policy from the date of product delivered. If you are unsatisfied with your product, you can Exchange & Return it within 7 days From Delivery.
  • Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, Including hangers, polyester bags, Hang tags on garments
  • Return request must be received within 7 days of product delivery. Upon receiving your return request we will arrange for a pickup, which typically will happen within 3 to 5 days of your request. After we receive the item, which typically takes 5-7 days, we shall conduct a quality check and your store credit will reflect in your The Craftsvilla  account within 2-4 working days of the completion of the quality check.
  • U can return and exchange but u can not get refund
  • Your amount will be save as a store credit u can buy any product any time
  • We are sorry you didn't like what you received! We can initiate a return within 7 Days of you receiving the parcel. Store credit is available for returned items.  We do not offer refunds through a payment system;  only store credit is provided.To receive store credit,  you must first return the item. After returning the item,  you are required to pick it up from the location Store credit will be sent to your email within 3 to 4 days after the return is processed.
  • Customers must have to return the product with bill and label with it.
  • If Courier Service Not Available In Your Area Or Pincode You Have To Self Ship Parcel At Our Address.

HOW TO RETURN & EXCHANGE THE PRODUCTS?

  • A return for Refund or Exchange request has to be placed within 7 days from the time of order delivered on WhatsApp help desk +91 92744 90107
  • Once we receive the request, after having a conversation with customer, we will approve and confirm the return or exchange request.
  • Once acknowledged by team customer has to self-Ship and handle return courier process by him/her self through any local courier company. We do not have our own reverse pickup facility. (Shipping courier charges 150 INR For Exchange, 200 INR For Return has to be paid by customer him/her self)

  • Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo quality testing and once approved, you will receive store credit. You will receive a coupon via email.
  • In case of exchange, once we receive a returned product, it will go through quality testing and once approved we will dispatch your exchanged product as soon as possible.


Products Purchased in sales or discounts are only eligible for Exchange and not for return for refund.
