Return & Exchange Policy

Thanks for shopping at The Craftsvilla. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you're exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at The Craftsvilla. We'll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at The Craftsvilla, you agree to the terms set forth below along with The Craftsvilla Privacy Policy.

If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you will not be able to issue a refund for your item.

For exchange your product,  we will arrange reverse pickup. Nominal reverse pick up charges may applied up to 150 INR. our logistic partner to pick your product at your door step. this condition only for SALE products otherwise we give Free Return.

 

To change the product, you send the return order first, then we will get it, so we will send the other product from here.
